Research Interests:  My research interest mainly focuses on two directions: 1) Understanding the function and structure of intrinsically disordered regions in the FG-Nups of the NPC with a combination of super-resolution microscopy(SRM) data and structural bioinformatics techniques. 2) Machine learning and processing of single-molecule data from SRM to provide a fully automatic and objective analyzing tool.
