Research Interests: My research interest focus on 2 directions: 1.Use the knowledge of cell biology, structural biology and molecular biology combined with super-resolution microscopy (srm) to study Nuclear Pore complexes (NUP), understand their structure and function, and the application of NUP in disease treatment. 2. Use bioinformatics tools to analyze SRM data, and provide new ideas for traditional biological research through the combination of dry and wet laboratories.
