Research Interests:\u00a0 <\/b>My research interest mainly focuses on two directions: 1)<\/strong> Understanding the function and structure of intrinsically disordered regions in the FG-Nups of the NPC with a combination of super-resolution microscopy(SRM) data and structural bioinformatics techniques. 2)<\/strong> Machine learning and processing of single-molecule data from SRM to provide a fully automatic and objective analyzing tool.<\/p>
