directions: <strong>1)<\/strong> Understanding the function and structure of intrinsically disordered regions in the FG-Nups of the NPC with a combination of super-resolution microscopy(SRM) data and structural bioinformatics techniques.<strong> 2)<\/strong> Machine learning and processing of single-molecule data from SRM to provide a fully automatic and objective analyzing tool.<\/p><p><o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
